We engage with the client to understand functional requirements, aesthetic intentions and budget considerations, forming the foundation for all subsequent design decisions.

FRAME

We develop the conceptual direction and spatial framework of the project.
This includes space planning and the articulation of key design principles that guide the design language and spatial organisation.

Concept proposals are presented for discussion and alignment before progressing to detailed development.

DEVELOP

The approved concept is developed into detailed interior architecture and design proposals.
This stage includes joinery concepts, material strategies, finishes, furniture, lighting and architectural elements that define the character and functionality of the space.

Design intent is refined through drawings, schedules and visual material as required.

ALIGN

Design decisions are aligned with technical requirements and budget parameters.
Cost implications and technical considerations are integrated to ensure the design remains feasible while maintaining conceptual integrity.

Where necessary, design options are adjusted in collaboration with the client and project team.

DELIVER

We coordinate procurement and oversee implementation to ensure that the design intent is translated accurately into execution.
This includes collaboration with contractors, suppliers and consultants, as well as involvement at key project milestones.

Quality, programme and design integrity are monitored throughout this phase.

COMPLETE

We oversee final installation and detailing, concluding the project with handover and post-com
